Tenure:  30 years (founder)

Scott Smith has grown the company to more than 200 employees and 100 pieces of equipment.  His strong work ethic and persistence has attributed greatly to the success experienced by MPW over the years.  Other than a complete passion for his work, Scott enjoys fly-fishing and the outdoors.  He has a lovely wife, Linda, and two sons Sean and Bryan.

Bret Williams

Title:  Vice President / Operations Manager

Tenure:  20 years

Bret Williams was recently appointed Vice President of MPW Construction Services. Starting as a laborer in 1986, Williams has continually grown with MPW, having most recently served as Chief Operations Officer for the last three years. His unselfish commitment and invaluable experience has helped MPW become a leader in residential foundation construction. He enjoys watching NASCAR and all other types of racing.  Bret and his wife, Diane, along with their children, live in Rochester Township in Southern Lorain county.
